These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and any purchases made through ikiFlow.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• All artwork offered is subject to availability.
• Due to the handmade and custom nature of our pieces, variations in size, texture, and color may occur.
• Frames are not included unless specifically stated on the product page.
   

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• All billing information provided is current, complete, and accurate.
   

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, or other violations are suspected.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
• We aim to process and ship all orders within 8–10 business days, though delays may occur based on volume or external factors.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.
   

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases of damage during shipping.

If you receive a damaged item:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Include clear photographic evidence of the damage
• We will either offer a replacement or issue a partial refund, at our discretion
   

All content on this website—including but not limited to original artwork, designs, images, written content, and logos—is the sole property of ikiFlow and protected under U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. §101 et seq.), the Illinois Intellectual Property Rights Act, and other applicable laws.

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or publicly display any artwork or content without express written permission
• Resell, license, or distribute any artwork purchased from us for commercial purposes without a resale license and a written agreement
   

Theft, reproduction, or resale of any ikiFlow artwork without permission is considered a violation of federal copyright law and may subject the violator to civil and criminal penalties, including but not limited to:

• Injunctive relief to stop continued infringement
• Statutory damages up to $150,000 per infringement under 17 U.S.C. §504
• Attorney’s fees and court costs
• Criminal penalties, including fines and potential imprisonment for willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. §506 and 18 U.S.C. §2319
   

We actively monitor for copyright violations and will pursue legal action against any individuals or businesses engaged in the unauthorized use or resale of our work.

Your use of our site is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Illinois privacy laws and other applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, ikiFlow is not liable for:

• Misuse of any content or artwork
• Infringement of third-party rights
   

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page, with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
